Nadia Santini, Chef of the restaurant “at the Fisherman” located in Runate – Canneto sull’Oglio, in the province of Mantua, has been appointed best female Chef of 2013 by world’s best female Chef 2013 – Veuve Clicquot Committee . With her husband Antonio and two sons Giovanni (Chef) and Alberto (Director of the dining area), and with Valentina ( Giovanni’s wife ), cooks and directs the prestigious restaurant, already credited with 3 Michelin stars.
